Post-Doctoral researcher from the European Centre for Nanostructured Polymers who is doing a research period at the Institute of Polymers Science and Technology of the Spanish National Research Council. She is graduated in Biochemistry (National University of Cordoba, Argentina), she has a Master in Food Technology (Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina) and another one in Polymer Science and Technology (National University of Distance Education, Spain). She obtained her PhD in Science, Technology and Food Management (Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain). She has of about 5 years of experience in the development of biopolymers and 5 years as Quality and Food Safety auditor. She is author of more than 20 scientific peer-reviewed publications and of about 20 oral or poster presentation at International Conferences.
