For over twenty years we have been developing numerous mechanical experimental techniques that let us study and characterize almost any type of material and geometry in a wide variety of conditions: high temperature (up to 2000 K), air, high vacuum, cryogenic conditions (up to 77 K), very low and very high strain deformation, in situ nanomechanical tests,… Our expertise is focused in mechanical behavior of materials and micro and fractographical analysis of the deformation and fracture processes. In this way, we can correlate the micro and macroscopically behavior and create computational models to predict the mechanical behavior of the materials that we study.
